In consideration of the right to participate, the Twin City Idlers Car Club, the City of Stanwood, the Stanwood-Camano School District and the US Post Office (Stanwood Branch) or any person or business affiliated with this Event shall not be held liable for any loss or damages to the above described property. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any participant or spectator. There will be NO bicycles, Scooters, Skateboards or Rollerblades in the show area. There will be No Refunds. No phone reservations. Reservations without paperwork will not be accepted. No playing of car stereos during the show. All pets must be on a leash at all times and owner must clean up after their animal. No political or religious statements, signs or activity will be permitted.
The undersigned, in consideration of the acceptance to participate in the 19th Annual Twin City Idlers Show & Shine (the “Event”) fully releases and holds harmless the Twin City Idlers Car Club, the City of Stanwood, the Stanwood-Camano School District, or any person or business affiliated with this Event, and the Club’s, City’s, School District’s and respective officers, agent, employees, directors, members, representatives, guests and volunteers from all claims for bodily injury to myself or damage to my vehicle, or injuries to my person or damage to my vehicle indirectly incidental to my participation in the Event. The undersigned fully understands that the terms of the Full Release shall serve as a full release and full assumption of risks of injury to my person or damage to my vehicle and that this Full Release binds my legal representative, agents, heirs, executors, administrators. This Full Release also serves as a full release of claims of any persons accompanying me to the Event. The undersigned attests and verifies that I am lawfully licensed to operate a motor vehicle and that I possess Liability Insurance to cover bodily injury or property damage that may arise from either my participation in the Event, or the participation of others authorized by me to participate in the Event. I am aware of the risks involved in participating in the Event, and fully assume such risks for myself. I HAVE READ THE FULL RELEASE FORM, UNDERSTAND IT’S TERMS AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WITHOUT MY ACCEPTANCE, I WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT.
